Cyber Bullying Workshops

The 2022 Digital Skills Project theme was “the effects of Social Media on young people”.

Garth Jemmett, CEO of We Explain Stuff – a Digital Strategy consultancy – developed a workshop, where students were informed about current trends, breaking down the psychology of Cyber Bullying and how to deal with it.

Students are tasked with analysing their own experiences of Cyber Bullying, as well as those of their friends & family, and how they responded.

After being exposed to some facts & figures, and hearing from experts, the students then workshop how they might react and respond in future and how to advise friends & family facing similar cyber bullying.
