Mentoring & Career Development
Connecting Students with Employers
While many graduate recruitment programmes draw from a relatively narrow talent pool, our programme gives employers access to diverse, motivated and capable students - many of whom may not otherwise have the opportunity to showcase their potential.
Through employer-led workshops and careers events, students gain practical advice on topics such as interview techniques, professional networking, digital identity and career development. These sessions provide valuable insights into the skills and behaviours employers are looking for, helping students prepare for the world of work.
We also work with organisations such as Currys and Hays, who deliver employability workshops, and WPP Media, who introduce students to careers in advertising, media and the creative industries.
Many of our employer partners have offered outstanding students work experience, mentoring, degree apprenticeships and, in some cases, permanent employment - helping talented young people to develop their careers.
Several events have been developed where employers host workshops to educate/support students in their journey to start a career (e.g. behaviour at video interviews, creating a digital footprint, etc.).
