Bhushita Jolly

Bhushita joined the Digital Skills Project while studying at Barking & Dagenham College and quickly demonstrated the talent and determination that would shape her future career.

After completing her studies, she secured a Degree Apprenticeship with Accenture, gained experience delivering major transformation projects, and graduated with a First-Class Degree.

Today, Bhushita works as a Business Analyst for the London Borough of Redbridge, helping to deliver positive change within her local community. She also supports initiatives that encourage more young women to pursue careers in digital technology.

She has also returned to the Digital Skills Project as a judge and mentor, sharing her experiences and providing guidance to new participants.

Her story highlights the power of industry experience, mentoring, and opportunity in helping young people realise their potential.
